Memorable discoveries and sources of wonder from 2007.

Back in July we discovered the biggest rock in the world at Rice Lake on the North Shore. I was pretty sure I had seen bigger rocks, but I was shouted down.

In November, we experienced the blowiest day in history.

And then this past weekend, we discovered the branchiest bush in the universe.

Still a couple weeks left in the year, and we remain on the hunt for amazing stuff.
