Weather rogue.

Yesterday was sunny, almost warm if you were standing in the sun, and then this character showed up. The weather-lady referred to it as "a little rogue low pressure system."

Within fifteen minutes it was snowing lightly, little things like sweater pills. This persisted, on and off, for a few hours. The sky cleared, but apparently the rogue was merely reloading.

Early this morning the snow returned, this time in earnest. The temperature was low enough for it to stick on the roads and cause the usual chaos.

I am not going to shovel. It's going to melt. Even though the temperature is below freezing, it's going to melt. Why? Because it's March. Calendar trumps physical properties.

Looks pretty ominous to me. More like late summer thunder storm weather. Or just before a tornado in TX!

Agreed! I gave up on shoveling. Its march, the snow should know better.

It's not melting. Not even a bit.

And now I know who to blame. You! (And Laura, too.) It won't melt until you have cleaned every little last bit of snow off your driveway.

Don't give in! Don't give in! Hold your calendar to the window so the snow can see what month it is!
