The region is predicted to receive as much rain over the next two days as November usually brings the entire month--and we've already had a bucketful. The fresh snow on the mountains is beginning to melt and will continue to do so as this relatively warm weather chases the snowline higher. Flood watches are being issued for low-lying areas. When there are a lot of days like this in a row the idea of boarding a plane and climbing above the clouds sounds good. Landing somewhere sunny would be nice too.
