Frost on thimbleberry leaves.

November, normally a rainy month, this year provided almost twice the average amount of rainfall. Thus, a frosty, clear morning was something to warm the heart.

Truly a lovely shot. One for the RPL calendar that you will surely be selling one of these years? I'm enjoying the belated arrival of frosty times but wishing I'd managed to plant the last of the bulbs first.

Thanks, Karen. I think I'm late for 2010. And I need more shopping carts.

Lovely picture. The frost etches every bit of texture.
