Shouldn't that poor hummingbird have left long ago, to a warmer climate? But what a nice photo, nicely framed by the holly branches. If I didn't know better, I'd suspect a Photoshop job.
Lily, Anna's Hummingbirds don't migrate. Rufous Hummingbirds are gone from here by late summer.
