Tree Swallows.

They flew hundreds, perhaps thousands of miles to find this home, and each other. No wonder they touch bills every time they both arrive at the box. (Or is she demanding a bug?)

No wonder they chatter madly at each other for half a minute.
(Or is she still awaiting a bug?)

Well that's enough.
(He didn't have a bug.)

Thanks, I didn't know where they went. They were out here on the Outer Banks a couple of months ago; flying over the pond behind Bodie Lighthouse.
