Wires.

Clouds over the North Shore mountains last night.

I would not want to be a daddy-longlegs riding a tennis ball with clouds like this on the horizon. I would, however, like to be able to take a picture of the sky that does not include overhead wires.

Arrghh, me too! Bane of a photographer's existence, even a point-and-shoot type like me. Nice photo though, I suppose we have to learn to just ignore them.

I love photos of dramatic cloud formations like that. I barely even noticed that the wires were there - they just sort of frame the clouds.

Overhead wires make the picture more real. :P

Wires drive me crazy! Many the times I won't take a picture because of the darn wires.

As for noise, we just about didn't buy this place because I could still the highway in the distance. I figured if one move out of the city one shouldn't hear traffic at all. Do you know how hard it is to escape traffic noise. Let me tell you, it is difficult!

Yes, yes, yes (re: boo wires!). And since you mentioned it, I thought the spider as Paris and tennis ball as globe was genius. =) Wonderful clouds.
