I'm on a boat, Part 10: Leaving Puerto Vallarta.

Adios, Walmart Supercenter,

Good bye, marina,

Farewell, bendy-paned hi-rise,

"I'm on a bollard."

Au revoir, loneliest man of PV.

The start of two days at sea, heading north.  The air and water become colder, the swimming pools empty, and the party atmosphere dissipates.  Nothing much left to do but eat, eat, eat, and get into heated shuffleboard arguments.

It had taken five days to get to Puerto Vallarta.  We spent a little more than four hours ashore.  I think it makes more sense to take four hours getting somewhere, and spending five days there.  If only modern technology could make that possible...
